Extortion Conspiracy Unravels
In short, truth has and will prevail. The character assassination
of Devra Surya Ma orchestrated by John Watson & Pat Cole has lost all credibility.
Legal officials and local newspaper editors have determined that the onslaught of
fabricated allegations made about Dr. West have no basis or substance. The extortion scam
stands exposed for what it is and the scheme, fanned into flame on the flimsy ground of
small town religious prejudice, has failed. Each and every issue is being overturned and
addressed to reflect the truth of the circumstances.
Labor Board Rules in Dr. Devra
West’s Favor: Even though the state of Montana is a pro-employee state
on employment issues, the board ruled against Rebecca West’s (no relation)
non-employment wage claim of unfair employment practices and workplace harassment, finding
no such claims to be valid. Rebecca was victimized by Watson and enticed into his scheme
by the promise of a big settlement payoff from Dr. West. The conspiracy scam to fraud
state officials with false claims against Dr. West was duly exposed.
TRUTH: No inappropriate
behavior with employees has ever occurred. Devra Surya Ma’s company Surya Enterprises
operates at the highest levels that would be expected of a Master Teacher. A beautiful and
harmonious office environment is operative without exception, as personally stated and
supported by all of our employees.
Court Rules to Dismiss Assault Case:
Legal officials, who reviewed the false assault allegations against Dr. West, determined
that the claims made by Pat Cole (and said to have been authored by John Watson) lacked
the plausibility or credence to be heard by a judge and jury. Irregularities perpetrated
by Cole, more than indicated that there was far more to the real story of Cole’s
direct involvement in the conspiracy to entrap and discredit Dr. West, Dr. West
pleaded
not guilty and accepted a no-contest to case being dismissed six months from the time of
the determination. The state of Montana will expunge the assault claim from its
records as of October 23rd 2008, which effectively clears Dr. West from all charges.
TRUTH: No assault took
place. The bogus legal report filed by Dr. Pat Cole was ludicrous by all standards.
Cole’s misguided attempt to entrap Dr. West was a ploy motivated by Cole’s need
to cover-up her financial fraud, as well as to hide her medical malpractice issues that
had been divulged to Dr. West. Cole, a medical doctor, also resented Dr. West’s
refused to allow her to attend a healing training program, due to Cole’s lack of
morality and professional integrity.
IRS Finds No Irregularities in Dr. West’s Finances:
After over a year of a painstaking IRS investigation into Dr. West financial records,
officials have informed us that no irregularities of any kind have been found.
Incriminating claims made by John Watson and Pat Cole, who initiated the investigation
with wildly unfounded accusations of tax evasion, are determined to be without merit. Dr.
West’s tax returns have routinely been prepared by one of the state’s most
reputable accounting firms.
TRUTH: Dr. West has never
been involved with any financial irregularity and maintains the highest standards of
personal and professional integrity. Her income tax returns reviewed by the IRS going back
to 1994, have been approved as being in order. Her purely altruistic and philanthropic
record speaks for itself and more than substantiates her enormous generosity, which has
unfortunately been targeted by greed-driven scam artists like John Watson. We expect to
post the IRS’s official letter of release and exoneration on our rebuttal site by
mid-October.
Millennia Mind Dispute with John Watson: In July
2008, a judge ruled in favor of a sanction award, due to a technical error and oversight
on dates. Contrary to Watson’s claims of a “Big Win”, a petition by Dr.
West’s legal team to rescind or appeal this judgment is being filed. Lawsuits have
also been filed against John Watson for his many criminal acts against Dr. West and her
family and will be diligently pursued by Dr. West’s legal team.
TRUTH: No contract between
Dr. West and John Watson has ever existed. Watson was rightly deemed as being unsuitable
for inclusion in Dr. West’s endeavors. His proposals were declined. The legal
dispute was fabricated by Watson to leverage an extortion scam. Watson deluded demands
for a seven-figure settlement, are made with written threats that he will amp-up his
slander campaign, if Dr. West doesn’t comply. Dr. West has no intentions of either
responding or complying with his demented extortion scam. No settlement of any kind with
Watson will be considered.
Financial Records Refute all Gossip and
Accusations: Please review the graphs below, which track Dr.
West’s financial records and altruistic giving of her personal and professional
funds. Please also note, that compliance to federal laws regarding the ratio of monies
going to the non-profit mission statement rather than to overhead, was more than met with
flying colors, substantially above typical standards for non-profits.
TRUTH: Dr. West gave over
80% of her teaching income to the non-profit, whose over-head and project costs far
exceeded its fundraising efforts. Dr. West personally covered shortfalls for projects
and their overhead. Moreover, to expect Dr. West's teaching income
and sole livelihood to continually finance the non-profit's entire roster
of projects was unrealistic, as well as an assumption of entitlement. As a
result, ownership of the Montana retreat property was transferred to Dr.
West, due to a lack of interest of the non-profit to finance it. The
transaction was handled by professionals and approved by the state of
Montana.
Summary: The non-profit Divine Unity and the Sacred
Arts Institute enjoyed many years of financial abundance due to Dr. West’s profound
generosity, but failed to execute its mission statement to administrate, finance and
further Dr. West’s work, in their sponsorship of the Universal Teachings of Wisdom.
Dr. West resigned in 2003 and has since restructured her endeavors to reflect both
economic abundance and reciprocal balance, which are primary principles of her teachings
for enlightened living as well as her life example.
